About Dr.Conrad Stalheim

Hi! We’re glad you found us!

Our Chiropractic office serves the residents of Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and the surrounding areas.  We look forward to the opportunity to work with you in meeting your health related needs and goals.

We Include “Performance” In Our Name For Two Reasons…

-First, we believe that everyone wants to perform their best. Having increased energy and pain free movement is important whether you’re shopping, playing with your kids, doing yard work, playing golf, or competing at a high level.

-Second, in addition to our chiropractic services, Dr. Stalheim is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assesment (SFMA). He is continually furthering his post-doctoral education in pain-free functional movement, rehabilitation, and nutrition, especially in regards to inflammatory and auto-immune conditions.

A Responsible Chiropractic office…

We are dedicated to an evidence-guided, best-practice approach to chiropractic care. We will not sell you on expensive long-term treatment plans or pressure you to stay on for care that you do not need or do not want.

A Cutting Edge, Ethical Practice…

We are continually studying the field of physical medicine, (chiropractic, physical therapy, exercise & movement science, etc.) as well as pain management, neuroscience, and nutrition to best serve the needs of our patients. Chiropractic is one part of the big health care picture. These fields are continually improving and adapting, and it is in your best interest that your doctor has an integrative mindset, not a “one size fits all” approach.

An Evidence-Guided Approach…

Not everything has been well studied and validated; this is just as true in Medicine. As much as possible, we use what has been proven and what has the most evidence support, not what we can charge the most for. If we don’t think we can help you, we’ll let you know and refer you in the right direction. It’s no fun for us to treat patients that we can’t help.
